We want every client to enjoy a safe, relaxing, and professional experience. To help us provide the best service, please review our salon policies:

Appointments

  • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service.
  • Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Payments

  • All payments are due at the time of service.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and gift cards.
  • Gratuities are appreciated but not required.

Gift Card Policy

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used for gratuity.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
  • Gift cards may only be used for services or retail products at our Beverly location.

Redo & Refund Policy

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please call to schedule a redo appointment.
  • Redo appointments must be arranged within:
    • 7 days for acrylic, hybrid gel, gelX or dipping services
    • 3 days for all other services
  • We do not accept redo appointments after these timeframes. If you cannot return within 7 days, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
  • We will gladly redo any service if you let us know immediately before leaving the salon that you are not satisfied.
  • Once you leave the salon, it is understood that you are happy with your service.
  • Any repairs required due to external damage (broken nails, chips, or lifting caused by daily wear or lack of care) will be charged at the regular repair price.
  • The redo policy does not cover changes in color or service type.
  • We do not offer refunds for any services or products.

Health & Safety

  • We cannot perform services on unhealthy or infected nails/skin.
  • Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions before your service.
  • Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
  • For your safety, our pedicure chairs have a weight limit. We are unable to provide pedicure services for clients weighing over 250 lbs.

Personal Belongings

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Photo & Video Policy

  • We occasionally take photos or videos during services for marketing purposes.
  • These may be shared on our social media pages.
  • If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please let us know before your service.

Respect & Environment

  • To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, please keep phones on silent.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving disrespectfully or inappropriately.
